Get the intersections in order please! We need left turn arrows
at many intersections.
For example: Union Avenue at Nelson, Nelson at Union
Avenue.
Many motorists still do not understand the rules of the road.
The Circular, Park Place and Whitney Place is technically a four-way stop but
have you ever tried taking a left from Park Place onto Circular Street? It has
become a death defying experience and is nearly impossible to navigate during Racing
Season.
There needs to be a left turn arrow at the Union Avenue
exit 14 intersection. It’s almost impossible to take a left turn onto Henning
Road and it will be IMPOSSIBLE to turn there this Racing Season because the
CRESCENT AVENUE bridge is closed. These things should have been remedied
several months ago at the very least.
The local roads could have been paved months ago but if things
were done logically than the tradition of doing things just minutes before the
Saratoga Racecourse opens would be over.
And THAT can just not happen!

In other news.. Michele Madigan commonly know as Half & Half Madigan is at it again. She is livid because someone had the audacity to primary her for Saratoga County Democratic state rep.
She was endorsed by the good for nothing Democratic County Chairman Todd Kerner. Todd has been unable to get Democratic Committees set up over 50% of the communities in Saratoga County. And he is not new to the job. He is lazy and self serving.
Michele is finally being called out on the carpet. Ms Half and Half has not been a full Democrate in Years. Just look at her NYS campaign contributions. A long list of Republicans have filled Half Half Madigans trough. She has used her campaigh funds to support her former boyfriend and Republican Mayoral Candidate Mark Baker. She is no Democrate! Hopefully we can rid our city of the bullshit and corruption coming from Half and half's finance office.
Did you see the Architectural Engineering Services bid for Finance Department Renovation RFP 2018-28?
ReplyDeleteLow bid was $49,772. Mid bid $59,900. Finance Commissioner took the $78280 bid because the Architects did such a nice job before, was this at her house?
That was the high bid. Looks like this project will be expanding.

Another UNLICENSED DPW driver involved in a vehicular accident.
ReplyDeleteBad driving and TERRIBLE Supervision. Car and driver injured in crash. SS Police ticketed and arrested the DPW employee.
Does anyone check the driving records? After all they are driving our vehicles and using our insurance.

On yout taxpayer time he drives his kid to school using our truck to do so. And he get pissed when someone turns him in. Some nerve. Who in there right mind thinks this is OK.? And he has been doing this for a long time. Yes in a White DPW logo ed truck he parades in each day at the High School.
Way to watch the fleet and the DPW staff. Taxpayer funds.
Can I have him come and pick my son in September.

When you are a Commissioner in the City you have to serve all of the people not just a party. Madagan has ben able to do that and so has the Mayor. So far I don't see that in Commissioner Martin, he is just special interest.

They may not be there but are clearly putting in their minions. As for Yepsen - we will clearly disagree. She is so Trump like in her desire to strike back at anyone who dared to disagree with her and see them as enemies not opponents - even those in her own party. You advertise your blog as that of truth and justice - perhaps you need to begin to use just a bit of critical thinking when speaking your own version of the "truth" or perhaps you agree that "Truth is not Truth" That said, I'm fairly sure this won't get published and I'll again be asked to get off your blog as you seem to have that in common with Yepsen.

DeleteThe Truth is that both Democrat & Republican Party's do not have many people with logic, that is why both are in ruins. Democrats will most likely continue to rule the Commission first of all because most people moving into Saratoga County and Saratoga Springs belong to the Democratic Party which has surpassed enrolled Republicans for the first time in history. The Republican Party is run by a disbarred attorney and losing lemmings by the droves. If the 3 amigos run unopposed again that will finish off the Republican party in this City and yes I do refer to Skippy as a Democrat because people in his own Party will admit he is one. Also, don't worry, your posts will always be put up here even if I don't agree with you.
DeleteIt's being played out in the TU that our police chief screwed up by saying there was an internal investigation about the Daryl Mount death. When in fact, there was no investigation. This is a good example of what happens when you have a dentist as a part time commissioner, and a woman who is his deputy, floating in the halls of city hall instead of finding out what the police chief was doing, or not doing in this case. Sad commentary, sounds like the chief has to go.
