‘Twas a few weeks before Christmas and all through City Hall
Everyone was ready to say bye, bye to Scott Johnson’s snow
balls.
The word was spreading about Shauna anew’
That the Deputy spot was hers at the DPW.
The whispers are saying how can this be?
When she can’t even repair a water main “T”.
It was heard that Joe O’Neil would lead the workers outside,
While Shauna will take care of the office inside.
This is odd they say as Skip and Shauna don’t get along’
But when an order from the top comes, you must be strong.
The next bit of news from the County does come,
That at the beginning of the year Judge Scarano will be
done.
It’s too bad about the judge because he’s still in his
prime.
But the ballot didn’t pass to give him more time.
Jim Murphy will leap into his seat with the gavel and robe
While the DA post it’s said will go to Dave Harper.
So we’ll wait until New Years Day to see if they are right
Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night.
Knowing Skippy you may not b to far off! Can u explain 2 me how he'll be able 2 pull off having 2 deputies with Madigan's approval? He has already hire a couple of full timers & giving out upgrades 2 laborers that haven't even worked 4 the city 4 2 yrs. & there's more 2 come! He keeps crying he needs new trucks (&the does) but he just keeps upgrading & hiring. Be for u know it the city won't have any laborers? Also, if Shauna's in charge of the office what will DB do? Will he keep her on as well?
ReplyDeletehe'll probably get the upgrade for O'neil although it won't be a Deputy's pay. DB will be going out to lunch with Shauna every day. It will be a rocky relationship between Sutton & Skip and Donna being friends with both of them will be the buffer, for a while.
DeleteDB?
ReplyDeleteDonna
DeleteBoth women will believe they run DPW & within two months Shauna Sutton will eat DB up & spit her out without a thought! They may be friends now but not for long. If Scirocco does in fact do this, it shows how stupid he really is. Then again, he's STUPID!!!
ReplyDeleteDon't ask - Don't tell.
ReplyDeleteAll is well !
How sad this would be for the city of Saratoga Springs. Have you looked at Suttons LinkedIn profile. The descriptions show that she did nothing but hatchet work for the party.

DeleteDifferent "H" Heggen not Harper.
ReplyDeleteWhen was it announced that Sarah Berger will b the next city attorney?
ReplyDeleteI didn't know she was. Anon 12-16 has a crystal ball
DeleteSounds like Tighe's sources are now here on this blog.
ReplyDeleteGeez, you're giving me the creeps.
DeleteI want to take a moment to ask that when you post, try not using insane language regarding someone. As a poster you can get your point accross about someone or some situation without using vile language or comments on the size of a brain someone has. Thanks
ReplyDeleteThank you for explaining this to posters, we should be reminded of this often. As we know, there is a local blogger that liked to call people all kinds of names and even had special derogatory names for some. This is an insulting practice used by those without much character. It’s even used on the national level by some far right wing talking heads. It’s low class.
DeleteThanks again
Thank you and have a Merry Christmas.
DeleteCrystal Ball ? Hardly - just read the papers..

If you knew from the paper that she announced her City Attorney, why ask???
DeleteCaptain America--Think you mixed up your "Anons" 12-16 and 12-19...signed 12-16
ReplyDeletesorry 16, you're right, too much Holiday cheer. Merry Christmas.
DeleteMayor Yepsen's first appointment will be a GREAT asset to our city. Having Sarah Berger as the City Attorney, along with a full time HR Mgr. the city employees issues regarding fair treatment by Commissioners and Deputies will at least be heard and dealt with fairly. 2014 is looking brighter already, thank you Joanne!
