The problem for the local blogger seems to be getting
worse. The information heard on the
street is that the IP addresses of his posters will be checked and that may
spell trouble for the Mayor’s office if they sent him any confidential
information or information discussed in executive session. If this is did happen (there are many people
trying to find out now how and when and by who he received information from
City Hall) more charges could be pending not only for him but anyone who
divulged confidential information. This
will be a wait and see and most likely a protracted experience for Tighe.

ReplyDeleteSutton has evidently blamed JT and is claiming that he broke in and that she is the victim here and not the source.
ReplyDeleteIt would set a precedent for all bloggers...............now wouldn't it?
ReplyDeleteI doubt there will be any charges, or any investigation.
All BS
The bloggers alleged crime is a very serious one, hacking into one’s computer is not a matter of lets say, just slander. The authorities have been investigating him and the other 2 for 18 months and it is hardly as simple a case as you indicate. As far as checking IP addresses, the only way the authorities can do this is if a blogger commits a crime. Personally, I would not want to be one who blogged or posted comments about NXIVM or any IP addresses that are from City Hall.
DeleteI heard that JT didn't want to buy coffee at uncommon grounds as he feared it would be seized by the police and he would be thrown from some scaffolding. Any truth to this Captain?
ReplyDeleteEven though I do not like Tighe's blog, I would not joke about him as he is in some serious trouble. I also doubt that our police would do that to John, I feel we have a fine force, although thinking about it does make me chuckle.
ReplyDeleteMr. Tighe has harmed a lot of folkss by purposefully posting outright lies about them on his blog and in the Saratogian. He seemed to be doing so with impunity. I guess not. What a lovely day.
ReplyDeleteJohn is missed both in cyberspace and UG
ReplyDeleteNo. No he isn't.
ReplyDeleteHe is back on twitter 3 hr. ago about NYC. Did not last long did it?
ReplyDeleteTwitter is probably the only place you will find him and I bet his lawyer is not happy about that. His slanderous online chatter is why is in trouble. Now he is just digging the hole deeper.
ReplyDeleteWhat is John Tighe going to be for Halloween?
ReplyDeleteThere was 4 men in suits from Fed offices in Albany were in City Hall today for several hours. They were in and out of the mayor's office. One of the men asked me if I knew Shauna Sutton. When I said yes he asked me how long I had known her. I spoke off the record for 30 minutes regarding workplace confidentiality. Sounds like they are building a case against here too. He referenced a former Human Resources Director, and also asked me about Scott Johnson's former sister-in-law
ReplyDeleteIt could have been agents from the X files checking out the office.
DeleteSkippy & Timmy have the "boys" out on OT picking up leaves today & up until the elections!!! Poor Skippy, scrambling to make himself look good & pick up votes. How's the tree removal votes working for you Skippy? Timmy? One week from tonight you're a "lame duck"!
ReplyDeleteI saw a DPW worker smoking while driving around in the city truck today. I wasn't aware you could smoke in city vehicles.
ReplyDeleteYou should have called DPW, given your name, where you saw the truck and told them about it.
